g is for grateful

it's been a long, hard year in some ways. we moved around a lot. we had a huge disappointment. we struggled to find a direction. 

it's been a fabulous year in some ways. we got to move around a lot. we had a huge disappointment that we learned a lot from. we struggled to find a direction, and then found one and are so excited about it. 

isn't it sometimes, all about how you view your experiences? they could be bad or good, i decide. i hated hearing that in the middle of things this past year. but. it's true. i look back now and see the bigger picture, and feel satisfied. i told God in a prayer last night, all that i'm thankful for, and the list was long. He is a good God.

 i'm grateful to be where i'm at. living with my best friend, starting a new path with him, and feeling like myself. 

i'm also grateful for my family. duh.
